An awesome book pity about the quality of the pictures but the infrormation more than makes up for it every person interested in guitars should own this book Master Romanillos is to be highly commended for this mighty effort in my humble opinion

Literally, the Bible of classical guitars

I just received the book and have spent a few hours reading. The photograph/halftone quality of this particular printing (softcover) is horrible. There is hardly any discernible details in them. The book covers in great detail the life and professional history of Torres and future generations of his students. Not being familiar with the history of these individuals, some parts literally read like the book of Genesis: so-and-so begat so-and-so...and just as dull. However, there are tons of useful information regarding variations in the basic Torres design and specifically measurements and descriptions of many of his surviving instruments. I'm not disappointed.

Consumer behavior can be such an exciting and interesting subject. This textbook is mediocre at best. It doesn't expound on the material or examples in a way that reinforces its teaching. I am taking a consumer behavior course right now and thinking of purchasing a different textbook to supplement.
